Ranney School is seeking a Lower School Spanish teacher to provide Spanish instruction in
grades Beginners (3-year-olds) to 5th and one section of Middle School.

● Differentiated instruction and assessment as needed in whole class, small group or
individual student settings
● Assessment of student achievement and engagement
● Electronic and personal communication with students and parents
● Development of personal systems for classroom organization, assessment, and classroom
behaviors and standards
● Classroom budgeting responsibilities as needed
● Collaboration with grade level teams and other colleagues across school divisions
● Follow established guidelines found in the Faculty Handbook and Divisional Resource
Guides
● Teachers are responsible for the supervision of their students in class, in transition, during
school events, and on field trips

Compensation:
Ranney School is committed to offering competitive compensation based on educational
attainment and years of relevant experience. The anticipated salary range for this position is
$63,000 to $78,000 annually.
